Because anyone can book flights.

Coordinating a whole team across a season
is the hard part.

From scattered to coordinated

Every airport, every crew member, one plan

Twenty-five people from a dozen home airports, across a full calendar of rounds — gathered into a single coordinated plan, not a hundred separate bookings.

Optimized cars and connections, not guesswork

The engine clusters travellers into shared rental cars at the right airports, weighs connections and round-trips against splits, and flags every trade-off for you to decide.

Built by someone who's lived it

Fifteen years coordinating MotoGP paddock travel, distilled into software — it knows what a real plan needs because it was built from real ones.

How it works
  1. 01

    Build your season

Add your crew — names, roles, home airports — and the calendar of rounds. Set it once; it carries across the whole season.

  2. 02

    Set each person's window

Say when everyone needs to be at the track and when they head home. Sensible defaults do most of it; you adjust the exceptions.

  3. 03

    Generate the plan

One click turns it into flights, shared cars, rooming and addresses — a complete plan, ready to review, approve and share.

The way it's done now

Fifteen browser tabs. A flight for one person, then back to the start for the next. Spreadsheets that drift out of date the moment someone's plan changes. Names typed wrong at checkout. Someone left off the list — found at the airport.

Maytabi replaces all of it with one plan that knows your whole season.

What's in every plan

Transportation

Every flight, train and drive, grouped by who travels together — with a notes column for the messy real-world bits.

Rental cars

Shared cars for arrival, the stay and departure — with the right drivers assigned and one-way drop-offs flagged.

Accommodation

Rooming lists, formatted and checked against who's actually travelling — singles, twins and companions.

Addresses

Circuits, hotels and airports — with phone numbers and map links, ready to drop into the team's pocket.

Built for how paddock travel really works

Every low-cost airline

Ryanair, Vueling, Wizz, easyJet — the carriers European racing actually flies, searched together, in one place.

It optimizes the whole trip, not each flight

A €20 cheaper flight that strands someone in their own rental car costs you more, not less. Maytabi groups people into shared cars at the right airports — fewer cars, not just cheaper seats.

Your data stays in Europe

Encrypted on European servers. Passport numbers are stored encrypted and shown only to you — never sent to the AI engine, which sees only names, airports and dates. Nothing is retained after you delete it.

It catches what travellers won't

Expired passports, names that don't match the document, a Spain-to-Portugal leg an hour off because nobody remembered the timezone — flagged before they cost you at the airport.

Anyone can book a flight. Coordinating a whole team across a season — every airport, every car, every room — is the hard part. That's the part Maytabi does.
